TouchType2 is MDinTouch's product dedicated to Medical
Transcription Service Organizations. It includes features such as
pre-defined dictation work allocation, which allows you to balance
workload and turn-around-time requirements. The core transcription
process in TouchType2 enables high throughput transcription of
reports. It also facilitates effective management of exceptions, such
as incomplete or rejected reports.
TouchType2 has been designed with a single goal in mind: To allow
you to work more efficiently. This essentially means that you will be
faster, more productive, and ultimately more profitable. Dictations
are automatically and securely delivered from a Physician's Olympus
hand-held or MDinTouch's Telephone-based system to Medical
Transcriptionists within TouchType2.
As dictations arrive in TouchType2, preferred rules and automatic
selection of voice files ensure that performance and turn around time
